Digital Creative Head

was founded in London in 1970 and has offices in 76 countries of the world, as well as in
Georgia.
Our mission is to help our customers develop their business and establish proper
communication with their audience.
Saatchi & Saatchi Digital is now undergoing a transformation into focusing more on Digital
communication and we are looking to build up a strong digital in-house team with talented
people. Currently, we are looking for a Digital Creative Head for Georgian and Azerbaijanian office within the Digital Team.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Developing concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns
Build in-house Digital Creative Team
Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team
Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
Qualifications for Digital Creative Head:
Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
Outstanding leadership and organization skills
Proven experience with concept development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills on both English and Georgian languages.
Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
