Saatchi & Saatchi Tbilisi is now undergoing a transformation into focusing more on Digital communication and we are looking to build up a strong digital in-house team with talented people. Currently we are looking for a Digital Creative Director.

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for conception, design, and execution of digital visuals to be used in online advertising and digital marketing

  • You are passionate about creating highly intuitive, beautifully crafted ideas across web, mobile apps and social media platforms.

  • You will maintain responsibility for each project from pitch through final execution, including reviewing and signing off on all revisions and production phases

  • You will be collaborating with Project Managers on resourcing, budgets, and timelines

You'll need to have:

  • At least 2 years as a visual designer producing for advertising and digital marketing

  • A passion for advertising, web technologies and social media platforms - knowing their abilities and limitations

  • A solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat

  • An ability tell a compelling story with design

  • Proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure

  • An openness to other points of view and ability to give and receive constructive criticism

  • Experience in co-managing multiple clients and varied projects, with tight deadlines and sometimes high volume of work

  • An outstanding portfolio!

Proficiency in the following programs/tools are mandatory:

  • Photoshop

  • InDesign

  • Illustrator

  • Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)

  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge

Proficiency in the following programs/tools is a bonus:

  • After Effects

  • XD or Sketch

  • Invision

  • Slack
