Saatchi & Saatchi Caucasus is now undergoing a transformation into focusing more on Digital communication and we are looking to build up a strong digital in-house team with talented people. Currently we are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager
For this role, we’re looking for experienced account manager in creative, production and opinion leaders projects within the Digital Team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
What you’ll do:
Liaising with the team to understand campaign brief, recommend campaign approach, targets and performance benchmarks with researched rationale and best-practice suggestions.
As a principal point of contact for assigned client relationships, you’ll be responsible for helping to build long-term client relationships, anticipating client needs, and working with your supporting teams to coordinate efforts aimed at solving those needs.
The Digital Account Manager is responsible for coordinating the development, management, measurement and presentation of multi-channel digital strategies aligned to client goals.
The Digital Account Manager works with Digital Team, creative, production studio and delivery teams to efficiently deliver strategies, solutions, flawless execution and results for presentation to the client.
Take the lead in the clients’ marketing and advertising strategies and projects.
Lead a team that provides the utmost level of client service
Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
Assist to Digital Director / Digital Head in special digital project development for top tier clients. Supporting strategies and pitches with research, insights, and recommendations.
Internal tracking/reporting to the agency for all clients and projects within your remit.
Analyze and make tactical recommendations for the Media and Creative teams as well as strategic recommendations for clients to improve performance
For creative projects, lead and brief the creative team according to the client brief. Share your insights / observations about the main digital trends, best working formats, and ways to reach Target Audience.
Attending meetings with existing and potential clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
Effectively develop and present strategic vision to clients, as well as secure commitments to that vision.
Create an environment in which the team is motivated to deliver innovation concepts and executions.
Generate enthusiasm and commitment among all creative personnel who work on the account to ensure that excellent advertising is produced
Ensure that teams receive assignments that clearly describe the Client’s need and the Agency’s planned approach, and that they get the information required to complete their assignments effectively.
Collaborate with team to reach agreement on procedures for interdepartmental projects that will meet product and service standards efficiently and minimize unproductive conflicts.
Brief and coordinate all the creative project, including production studio and outsource freelancers.
